Army chief who exposed election rigging in Ekiti and Osun state now Army's Dir of Intelligence


According to Sahara Reporters, the Army Chief who exposed the Ekiti & Osun state election rigging, Capt Sagir Koli is now the new Army Director of Intelligence.
